The temple is unique for its sacred representation of the Trimurti — Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, symbolising creation, preservation and destruction. 🙏 Trimbakeshwar is also one of the important places associated with the Kumbh Mela, held here every 12 years.

- 🚿 HACK: We strongly recommend taking a bath before leaving Pune so you can avoid bathing before visiting Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga. Public bathing facilities are available near the temple for those who need them.
- 🚨 Long weekends / public holidays / Shravan: Bathing facilities at Bhimashankar may not be available due to heavy crowds.
- 🚌 Participants joining from cities other than Pune and Mumbai are advised to reach early, freshen up/bathe, and then board the bus.
- ⏳ We will not be able to provide additional time for bathing at Bhimashankar, as this can cause significant delays to the itinerary.

At Trekfit Adventures, we understand that travel plans may change. We request all participants to carefully read and understand the following Cancellation & Refund Policy before confirming their booking.
1. ❌ Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Departure
If a participant cancels their booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, a 30% cancellation charge will be applicable.
The remaining 70% of the booking amount will be processed as per the applicable refund terms.
2. 🚫 Cancellation Within 24 Hours / No-Show
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, including last-minute cancellation or no-show, NO REFUND will be provided.
3. 🔄 Booking Transfer / Event Change
Once a booking is confirmed, refunds are generally not applicable. However, participants may request:

4. ⏰ Prior Intimation Required
To avail of the booking transfer or event-change option, participants must inform Trekfit Adventures at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Requests received within 24 hours of departure may not be considered.
5. ⚠️ Event Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
If the event is cancelled by Trekfit Adventures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

6. 🔁 Alternative Event / Trek Option
If the planned event cannot be conducted, the Trekfit Adventures team will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative nearby trek or activity, wherever operationally feasible.
