Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Departure
If you cancel your trek more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, a 30% cancellation charge will be applicable.
2. Cancellation Within 12 Hours or On-the-Spot Cancellation
For cancellations made within 12 hours of trek departure or in case of on-the-spot cancellation, no refund will be provided.
3. Booking Transfer or Event Change
Once the booking is confirmed, refunds are generally not applicable. However, the paid amount may be:

Used for another Trekfit Adventures event within the next 3 months, or
-
Transferred to a friend.
4. Prior Intimation Required
To avail of the booking transfer or event-change option, you must inform us at least 14 hours before the scheduled trek departure.
5. Trek Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
If a trek is cancelled due to police restrictions, government restrictions, unforeseen circumstances, or natural calamities, 40% of the booking amount will be refunded.
6. Alternative Trek Option
In such situations, our trek leaders will also make every possible effort to arrange an alternative nearby trek, subject to availability and safety conditions, so that you can still enjoy your weekend.
7. Changes to Itinerary
We always make every effort to conduct the trek according to the planned itinerary. However, changes to the itinerary, timings, route, pickup schedule, or activities may be necessary due to:

Other unforeseen circumstances
Such changes will be made in the interest of participant safety and the smooth operation of the event.
