Day 0 – Delhi to Nainital

9:00 PM: Meet the group and Trip Captain at Akshardham Metro Station, Delhi.
Depart by Tempo Traveller / Bus towards Nainital.
Overnight journey towards Nainital.
Dinner halt on the way at your own expense.

Day 1 – Bhimtal, Kainchi Dham & Golu Devta

10:00–10:30 AM: Hotel check-in at Bhimtal.
Freshen up and proceed towards Kainchi Dham.
Visit Kainchi Dham and take blessings.
Visit Golu Devta Temple.
Explore Bhimtal.
Evening return to the hotel and enjoy group activities.
Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight stay at Bhimtal.

Day 2 – Nainital Sightseeing & Return to Delhi

7:30 AM: Wake up and get ready.
8:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for Nainital after breakfast.
Visit Naini Lake and Naina Devi Temple.
Explore Mall Road and nearby cafés.
6:00–7:00 PM: Start the return journey from Mall Road.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Trekfit Adventures, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. We request all participants to carefully read and understand the following cancellation and refund policy before confirming their booking.

1. Cancellation More Than 18 Hours Before Departure

If you cancel your booking more than 18 hours before the scheduled departure time, a 30% cancellation charge will be applicable. The remaining amount will be processed as per the applicable refund policy.

2. On-the-Spot Cancellation

For cancellations made within 12 hours of departure, including on-the-spot cancellation or no-show, no refund will be provided.

3. Booking Transfer or Event Change

Once a booking is confirmed, refunds are generally not applicable. However, subject to availability and applicable price differences, the paid booking amount may be:

  • Used for another Trekfit Adventures event within the next 3 months.

  • Transferred to a friend or another participant.

  • 4. Prior Intimation Required

    To avail of the booking transfer or event-change option, participants must inform Trekfit Adventures at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time.

    5. Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

    If the trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Trekfit Adventures, including:

  • Police restrictions

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural calamities

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

  • 40% of the booking amount will be refunded.

    6. Alternative Trip Option

    If the planned trip cannot be conducted, Trekfit Adventures will make every possible effort to arrange an alternative nearby trip, subject to:

  • Availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Government permissions

  • Safety conditions

  • The alternative option will be provided whenever operationally feasible.
