1. What is the duration of the Thailand tour?
The tour is for 4 Nights / 5 Days, covering Phuket and Krabi.

2. Which destinations are covered?
The package covers Phuket and Krabi, with 2 nights in each destination.

3. Are flights included in the package?
Yes. Non-stop direct Akasa Air flights between Mumbai and Phuket are included.

4. What type of hotels are included?
The package includes 4-star hotels — Best Western in Phuket and Anda Sea Tales in Krabi.

5. Is breakfast included?
Yes, daily breakfast is included during the 4-night stay.

6. Which sightseeing tours are included?
The package includes Phi Phi Island Tour with lunch, Krabi 4 Island Tour with lunch, and Phuket City Tour.

7. Are airport transfers included?
Yes, airport and inter-hotel transfers on SIC basis are included.

8. Is lunch included?
Lunch is included during the Phi Phi Island Tour and Krabi 4 Island Tour.

9. Is travel insurance included?
Yes, free travel insurance is included in the package.

10. Is a SIM card provided?
Yes, a free SIM is included.

11. What does SIC mean?
SIC refers to Seat-In-Coach/shared basis for the applicable tours and transfers.

12. Are National Park Fees included?
No. National Park Fees (NPF) for the island tours are specifically excluded from the package.

At Trekfit Adventures, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. We request all participants to carefully read and understand our cancellation and refund policy before confirming their booking.

1. Pending Payment Policy

• Complete your pending payment 5 days before departure.

• Failure to pay the second installment may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of the advance payment.

• Boarding may be denied for non-payment, and the seat may be reassigned.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Backpacking Trips and Long Tours — More Than 4 Nights

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund in Trekfit Adventures coupon/credit OR monetary refund after deduction of 15% cancellation charges.

• Less than 20 days before departure: No monetary refund. 75% of the eligible amount may be provided as Trekfit Adventures coupon/credit.

• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

• If unwell: No refund. Participants may arrange a replacement, subject to Trekfit Adventures' approval.

For Sahyadri Treks, Camping & Weekend Trips

• 5 days before departure: Full refund in Trekfit Adventures coupon/credit OR monetary refund after deduction of 15% cancellation charges.

• Less than 3 days before departure: No monetary refund. 50% of the eligible amount may be provided as Trekfit Adventures coupon/credit if the booking has been fully paid.

• Ticket Transfer: Possible subject to Trekfit Adventures' approval.

• No-show or illness: No refund. Participants may arrange a replacement, subject to approval.

• Advance Booking Amount: Non-refundable.

• Postponement: Postponement is allowed up to 3 days before the trek, subject to availability and Trekfit Adventures' approval.

3. Important Non-Refundable Charges

Trek insurance, train cancellation charges, agent charges, convenience charges, and other third-party charges are non-refundable if the trip is cancelled within 6 days before departure.

New Year & Christmas Events

No refund will be applicable within 15 days before New Year and Christmas events.

4. If Trekfit Adventures Cancels a Trip

Due to Natural Calamity or Unrest

• If the trip has already started, no refund will be applicable for services affected by such circumstances.

• Trekfit Adventures will make reasonable efforts to assist participants with alternate arrangements.

Before Departure

• If Trekfit Adventures cancels the trip before departure, a full refund may be provided, except for non-refundable train, bus, hotel, airline, permit, or other third-party charges, wherever applicable.

Sahyadri Treks

If a Sahyadri trek is cancelled due to low participation, participants may choose:

• Event/date shift.

Transport Issues

In case of transport-related issues, Trekfit Adventures may arrange an alternative wherever possible. Any additional cost arising from the alternative arrangement will be borne by the participant.

5. Trip Delays & Connecting Transport Failures

Trekfit Adventures will assist with alternate arrangements in case of:

• Train delays

• Bus delays

• Flight delays

• Missed connections

• Roadblocks

• Vehicle breakdowns

• Natural calamities

• Other circumstances beyond our control

Any additional expenses arising due to such delays, changes, or alternate arrangements will be borne by the participant.

6. Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email with the participant's booking details.

Cancellation policy will be applicable from the date and time the cancellation email is received.

Refunds will generally be processed within 2–5 working days after approval of the eligible refund.

Cancellation requests through phone calls or WhatsApp will not be considered valid.

7. Important Note

Any additional costs incurred due to an extension or change in itinerary because of natural calamities, train/bus delays or cancellation, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, weather conditions, or other factors beyond the control of Trekfit Adventures and its associates will be borne by the participant.

For trip-specific terms and conditions, the policy communicated with the respective trip/package will apply.
