Cancellation ProcessAll cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email with the participant's booking details.Cancellation policy will be applicable from the date and time the cancellation email is received.Refunds will generally be processed within 2–5 working days after approval of the eligible refund.Cancellation requests through phone calls or WhatsApp will not be considered valid.7.
