Itinerary

Shivaji Nagar- 8:00 pm

Nashik Phata- 9:00 pm

Day 1: Departure from Pune / Mumbai Departure from your pickup points by 8:30 pm . Ready to venture out on the most amazing journey with the most amazing leaders in our Hampi trip.? Then hey, pack your bags and get ready as we head towards our pick-up spot for the next day. While you are on the move, you should flutter with joy. As on the following day, you are going to meet some of the most enthusiastic, like-minded, and free-spirited travellers who are going to write their Hampi chapter along with you! Doesn’t that sound special?

Day 2:  Arrival at Hampi | Explore Hippie Island, Lake Viewpoint, Cliff Jumping, Coracle Ride
Once we reach Hospet in the morning by 9:00 AM-11.00 AM we begin the Hampi tour. Hippie Island is our first stop and we check in to our hotel for the day. We let the adventurous bug in us get its food.
We will explore Anjanadri Hills and the Hippie vibes of Hampi today!
This is obviously the day we try cliff jumping and coracle ride perfect for adventure lust.

Day 3: Departure from Hampi | Hampi Tour & Sight-seeing
Post breakfast, check out of the hotel by 07:30 hrs. Explore Hampi Bazaar, Hemakuta Hills, Virupaksha temple, Monolithic Nandi, Stone Car, Vitthal Temple, Ugranarsimha, Pushkarni.
Concluding the Hampi trip Pune/Mumbai people leave at 5 PM towards hometown.
Banglore people will catch a 9.00pm bus from Hospet towards Bangalore as it is the earliest one there will be a two-three hour layover time at Hospet once the Pune/Mumbai group departs incase you would like to stay back in Hampi with the Autodriver an additional cost of 400/- per auto drop from Hampi to Hospet has to be born by Bangalore participants which is optional

Day 4: Reach Pune

Reach Mumbai around 9:00 am with lots of new friends and memories from the trip.

 

 

Please note that at any given point of time if the event has participants count which is 6 or less in number the event might get automatically converted into a customised one, i.e there shall be a local representative from Trekfit that will greet you directly at the starting point.

Yes, accommodation is included in the package.

Yes, transportation from Pune to Hampi and back is included.

7. Will we get a Tempo Traveller?
A seater Tempo Traveller will be provided. If the group size is low, Non-AC Sleeper Bus may be arranged.

8. Are sightseeing and activity charges included?
Yes. The mentioned sightseeing and activities such as Coracle Ride, Cliff Jumping and Bike Ride are included.

9. Is this trip suitable for first-time travellers?
Yes! The trip is suitable for friends, couples, families and groups.

10. Can I join the trip alone?
Yes. Solo travellers are welcome to join the fixed departure.

11. Can I book for a group?
Yes. Group bookings are welcome. Advance booking is recommended to secure seats.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Trekfit Adventures, we understand that travel plans may change. Please read the following policy before confirming your booking.

1. Cancellation More Than 18 Hours Before Departure
A 30% cancellation charge will apply. The remaining amount will be refunded as per the applicable policy.

2. Cancellation Within 12 Hours / No-Show
❌ No refund will be provided.

3. Booking Transfer / Date Change
Subject to availability, the booking amount may be:

  • 🔄 Used for another Trekfit Adventures event within 3 months

  • 👤 Transferred to another participant

  • 💰 Applicable price difference will be charged, if any.

4. Prior Intimation
For transfer or date-change requests, inform Trekfit Adventures at least 12 hours before departure.

5. Trip Cancellation by Trekfit Adventures
If the trip is cancelled due to government restrictions, natural calamities, severe weather, police restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, 40% of the booking amount will be refunded.

6. Alternative Arrangement
If the planned trip cannot be conducted, Trekfit Adventures may arrange an alternative nearby experience, subject to availability, weather, permissions and safety conditions.
