For this trip, we've carefully crafted an itinerary that covers the stunning beauty of Kerala and the spiritual significance of Kanyakumari. From the lush hills of Munnar to the serene backwaters of Alleppey, the rich wildlife of Thekkady, and the awe-inspiring Vivekananda Rock Memorial in Kanyakumari, our journey promises a blend of nature, adventure, and spirituality.
This trip is more than just a vacation; it’s an opportunity to connect with the local culture, unwind in nature's lap, and explore the spiritual heart of Southern India. Whether it's cruising through the backwaters, witnessing cultural performances, or simply relaxing on the beaches, our goal is to make the most of every moment and enjoy the diverse landscapes Kerala has to offer.

Itinerary
- Day 0 Departure from Pune & Mumbai
- Start our Trip Journey from your Respective Cities towards Kerala.
- Dadar Station, Mumbai: Board the train at 05:00 PM.
- Pune Station: Board the train at 11:30 PM.
- Travel overnight to Kochin.

Day 1 Sceinc Train Journey - Activities on Train: Start the trip with group games to break the ice and build excitement. You can enjoy fun activities such as:
- Card games like Uno, Poker, or Indian Rummy.
- Group games such as Antakshari, Dumb Charades, or Pictionary.
- Story Sharing: Share travel stories and experiences with fellow travelers, making new friends along the way.
- Day 2 Arrive at Kochi and Transfer to Munnar
- Arrive at Kochi in the morning and begin your scenic drive to Munnar (approximately 4-5 hours, covering 130 km).
- Enroute, visit Athirappilly Falls, Kerala's highest waterfall, renowned for its beauty and a popular shooting location. The falls cascade from a height of 80 meters.
- Enjoy the breathtaking views of tea gardens, waterfalls, and lush mountains as you continue your journey.
- Reach Munnar by evening, check into your hotel, and unwind after the drive.
- Overnight stay in Munnar.

- Day 3 Munnar Exploration
- wake-up call at 4 AM if you're heading to Kolukkumalai Peak for a stunning sunrise
- Afterward, explore Mattupetty Dam and Kundala Lake, where you can enjoy a serene boating experience.
- Visit the Tea Museum to learn about the rich history of tea production in Munnar.
- Head to Echo Point and Top Station for panoramic views of the lush valley below.
- Return to the hotel for some rest and relaxation after an exciting day of sightseeing.
- Overnight stay in Munnar.

- Day 4 Munnar to Thekkady Sightseeing
- fter breakfast, drive from Munnar to Thekkady (3-4 hours drive covering 90 km).
- Check into your hotel and head out for Thekkady sightseeing.
- Take a boat ride at Periyar Lake to spot wildlife, such as elephants, tigers, and various bird species. (Click here to book Boating Tickets)
- Visit the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can experience the rich biodiversity of the region.
- Explore Spice Plantations and get a firsthand look at the cultivation of aromatic spices like cardamom, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Enjoy an elephant ride, a popular activity that gives you a chance to interact with these majestic animals.(500-1000/- PP)
- In the evening, you have the option to watch traditional Kathakali or Kalaripayattu (martial arts) shows, showcasing Kerala’s cultural heritage.

Day 5 Thekkedy to Aleppey HouseBoat
- After breakfast, drive to Alleppey (4-5 hours drive covering 150 km).
- Check into a Houseboat in Alleppey for a unique experience on Kerala's famous backwaters.
- Explore the serene backwaters on a day cruise, taking in the picturesque landscapes, lush greenery, and tranquil waters.
- Spend the entire day on the houseboat, relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the surroundings.
- Enjoy a delicious Local Kerala Thali for lunch onboard, featuring authentic Kerala cuisine.
- Experience the charm of staying on a traditional Kerala Houseboat, a perfect way to unwind.
- Engage in some fun Group Games with fellow travelers, followed by a delightful dinner on the houseboat.
- Overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 6 Alleppey to Kochi & Departure.
- Early morning check-out from the houseboat.
- Drive towards Cochin (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours drive).
- Arrive at Ernakulam Railway Station for your departure.
- Catch your train by 3 PM for your onward journey back home.
- End of the Kerala Trip.

Day 7 Reach Back to Home
- Arrive home with cherished memories, having experienced the beauty, culture, and adventure of Kerala.
- Reach Pune by late evening with loads of memories from the Kerala trip, concluding your unforgettable journey.
- Mumbai participants will reach late night, filled with beautiful experiences from the trip.

- Tentative Budget: Lunch/Dinner approximately ₹200-250 per meal

- Alleppey boating charges (₹500-₹800, may vary during peak season)
- Ziplining charges (₹500-₹800)
- Any activities like jeep rides, elephant rides, ziplining, tea factory visits, waterfall guide costs, rafting, or shopping undertaken by participants at any place other than those mentioned in the inclusions
- Any costs arising due to pandemics, natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, delays, etc., will be borne by the clients on the spot and shared among all participants
- Train, vehicle delays, and missed connections charges to be borne by participants
- Any personal expenses beyond the inclusions
- A minimal 0.99% convenience charge will apply to UPI transactions, while card payments will incur a 2.3% convenience charge through the Razorpay payment method during checkout

Discipline:
- Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the trek leader and adhere to a code of conduct that promotes safety and respect for fellow trekkers, guides, and the environment.
- Any disruptive behavior that compromises the safety or experience of others may result in immediate expulsion from the trek without a refund.
Smoking and Drinking:
- Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited during the trek.
- Violation of this policy may lead to expulsion from the trek without a refund.
Guidelines by the Volunteer:
- Participants are required to follow the guidelines provided by the trek leader and any accompanying volunteers.
- Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action.
Changes and Cancellations:
- Trekfit Adventure reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the trek due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors that may jeopardize the safety of participants.
- Participants will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
Health:
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the trek.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Trekfit Adventure before the trek.
- Trekfit Adventure is not liable for any health issues or injuries sustained during the trek.
Booking:
- All bookings must be made online through Trekfit Adventure's official website.
- Payments will not accepted on the spot.
